For those of us not in Thanksgiving land, happy Thanksgiving to those that are. I believe the tradition of taking a step back and appreciating what you have and for all those things that are good is something well worth doing.

Take a minute. Just one Minute, close your eyes and think about three things, in silence

1. Think about those who have passed, whom you loved.
2. Think about those things that happened this year that were good.
3. Think about all those things that you can improve to make others lives good in the coming year.

One minute. . . a silent minute....

very Zen!!

Cheers

Rob

Ditto what others have said - and since this is a photography forum, here's a turkey picture for 'ya! ;-)
alek

P.S. Take with a one day old Canon 50D - sorry about the flash shadow but the turkey was over an hour late out of the oven, and the crowd was anxious to have me cut it and start eating.
