Cautious Mule Deer ![]() #1 I used my crow call a very soft call. ![]() #2 He decided to sneak out and get a better look. ![]() #3 He had that "Doesn't look like a crow to me look" ![]() #4 Everything seems OK so I will go and eat some dinner. ![]() #5 He picked a open area to eat, but was still very cautious and kept raising his head. #6 ![]() #7 Another soft crow call and I got his attention. ![]() Wacky roger Founding Member Of OOOPs |

Interesting story Roger on the part of spotting a patch of color that didn't belong. I think this is a trait you acquire after many years of being in the woods or brush and just having that sixth sense of something that doesn't belong. I often amaze myself at the color, movement or irregular patterns I pick up on and am rewarded by spotting something I would have passed up. |

Good stuff Roger! Oh the sixth sense as we are calling it sure does exist. If I'm out in the wild every little thing that is out of the norm, color, movement, sound raises my interest. You and Karl are so right. |
