Were you shooting in manual? I have to ask why the 1/8000 shutter, and ISO400? DOF could be a little greater as it seems the main attraction (face with water dripping) is in front of the acceptable focus ragne.

I was actually shooting swallows at f/7, 1/8000. My friend Reed asked if I'd like to take a few quick shots using his sigmonster, and in a rush I didn't shift the shutter speed. I know the EXIF looks weird. That's why the odd focal length as well.
