Very well done. The high key works awesome here. I like the composition too.

I would suggest turning up the heat.........it looks a bit cold there.

Nice lighting and comp.

I like the processing a lot. The pose itself does nothing for me.

Bonjour Yves + M.

First...a nice image. Pleasing to see. And, it is a more unusual "nude" and seems very "intimate" and "authentic."

In a quick view, it looks very "natural" on most elements.

I like the color/tones. I usually like BW nudes more than color. But, I think this one is very nice in color. I especially like the "light" shown in the image and the overall "lightness" of the image.

I like the hand that shows fingers. The fingers look nice and delicate and give a sense of "gesture." (A good job on "hand modeling" there M! )

I think the food "prop" of the "ladyfinger" (biscuit) is nice and good color too.

It does give a sense of "early morning treat."

And...combining "food and nude" often leads to an interesting image (and an image/photography genre on its own too). But, it also adds to the complexity of the image and to other "expectations" too.

So what "caught my eye" in a "not so perfect" sense?

1. The cup looks empty.
It may have liquid in it. But, it does not "appear" to have any liquid in it.

2. The hand looks very nice. It is holding the food as if the food is about to be "dunked" or dipped into the cup into the drink. But...the drink/liquid is "visually missing." So to my eye it looks like she is about to dip the biscuit into an empty cup. This may seem unimportant to most viewers. I understand. But...to me, it is an important "visual" element that is missing or that would make the image stronger and more complete. That is an "opinion" of course and my opinion may not be shared by many. Just remember, this is a "detail" observation. On the whole, I like the image as it is.

3. While the light is very nice and most of the skin tones are very light, there is a dark "spot" (probably a shadow) that is seen where the table meets the torso/skin. Look to the right of the cup. It appears "too dark" to me, and draws attention. This is a minor point, but it did catch my eye.

My Simple Suggestion: If the image composition is about food, and there are two elements to the food (e.g. biscuit and hot coffee), then make sure to show both food elements and not just one food item and the vessels/cups/bowl/saucer/dish of the other.

As always, I hope these comments help and encourage you.

Bonjour...and good light to you.

Thanks for your comments.

Damn Steady. Your eagle eye has seen that there's coffee !!!

We tried ... but the problem comes from the shooting angle that I'd no choice to change, because needed to get the graphical curves of the body and minimize the table part.

Of course, thinking at that now, using a glas-cup would be a good, playing with boiling water to get vapor or dunking the bread (it's a french bread "baguette", not a biscuit ) and letting the coffee drops fall should be the idea to apply. We will try when M will come back from holiday (she's swimming a week with dolphin in the read sea).

bottom line : I totally agree with your logical approach : this is a non sense to dunk in a dry cup ...

because easy to re-do, we will re-do

thanks for your help. Merci

Glad to help....at least with a second set of eyes.

I understand your points on the POV (good thinking) as the figure along with the table looks good and "natural." The low POV is more unusual and "adds" to the image as a whole. So...the clear cup may be the answer if you wish to keep the POV and composition as it is now.

"Swimming with dolphins in the Red Sea" sound like fun. What a nice holiday.

Regards.
