The almost luminous sky reflection on the water appeals to my eye. I'd suggest adjusting the color balance to remove the small blue cast, and adjusting the hue and saturation and sharpening the image for greater visual impact. Also, for me, the brown leaf in the lower right corner distracts.

Thanks! I didn't even notice the brown leaf, but now that's all I see! :0(

For me the frog is too small in the picture and it is a bit soft. I think closer in to the frog or withouth the frog would work better.
