Very nice, Klaus.
I like the contrast and tension between the horses gently grazing and the stormy skies in the distance.

Beautiful lighting, especially on the middle horse.

This is beautiful indeed, Klaus. A wonderfully subtle palette of greys in great light conditions. I also notice that you achieved a remarkable compromise between sharpness and definition (details, contours of shapes), all this in an image that hardly weighs 120K. How did you managed that ?

Thanks and I just sharpened the image a bit when resizing for the web. That was all I did.

Very impressive shot. I'd make a large print of this one and put it on my wall. The DOF is great.

Howdy Klaus,

As much as I have loved all of your IR shots, I have to say this is one of my most favorite that you've presented us with, to date.

So very nicely done!!!

Kindest Regards,

Craig

I like the image for the close tones in gray/grey.

It does look like "calm before the storm."
