Hi everyone, back a year or so ago someone posted pictures of hundreds and hundreds of Bald Eagles situated in a river at a dam in the winter and I would really like to know where they took the picture, I would like to go to the best migration spot on the Mississippi valley to see Bald Eagles and I am sure that the pictures the poster put on where from the Mississippi Valley in the Iowa/Illinois area, any help would be much appreciated. |

The lock and dam at Dubuque, IA would probably be the place. |
