I left off any border to let him run free on the forum. I think he's trying to find himself

I like this one Mark, well done. There is a sharp cutoff on the bottom of the reflection, did you want that?

I am not sure that this is a first here, but it is nicely imagined and well executed. up:

With just a bit more definition on the outlines this one works very well. Although I thought maybe he pee'd his pants

Thanks roger, I'm off on a tangent, but it's fun trying different things.

Thanks Gary,

I don't think I'm the first - Chad said he had worked with the idea a few months back.

Good critique Karl. I'll try to sharpen up the edges of the bird next time. , it does look like he peed.

Now Karl, when have you seen a Willet wear Pants?
Interesting Post Processing Mark.
It does look like he's walking in his own pee

Appreciate it Brenton. There's a lot of work cutting everything out and layering etc. But I can imagine something very nice. Don't know if I'll have the patience to get there..... we'll see.

Another great illustration of the Fadely Effect in action, Mr. Fadely If this keeps up we're going to have to petition Fred fom some different color BGs to expand on the capabilities of this new illustration process

Mark, I like this even better than the earlier samples. It is just such a cool effect. Having the water and reflection in the shot really gives it some impact, and I like how the water fades to gray. This is a really nice touch.
