My main work horse was an RB67 but there were times I needed 35mm. I had the F-1 and AE-1.

Funny, with film I only shot in manual mode for everything. Never relied on the in camera meter.

Started with a Canon AE-1 and upgraded to an A-1. I still have it and it's great camera. I need to buy some Velvia....

Went to buy a Rebel and ended up with a Elan II. I used to dream of buying a Nikon FM2, which then got replaced by dreams of buying a Canon 1N. The Elan II is still around and put to use.

Only one other post here from someone who started in Vietnam. My Canon FT served me for eight months in 1967. Sold it and bought a Nikon F while on R&R in Japan--actually the Nikon F was the objective of the Japan R&R. Used that Nikon F until 2003.

My first body was also an AE-1 and I still have it. I also have my T-90 and EOS 650 but I gave away my EOS 5 and EOS 3 - the 3 just last week. I gave the 3 to my daughter's school as they still use film and have their own darkroom.
