I took this photo without thinking about Windows desktop.
For me when I was in front of this landscape, I was thinking about freedom ... a field like a free way (not sure my translation into english is ok here )
Some friends remind me about windows desktop. So, I made the comparison. If the subject is nearly the same, the picture is quite different but I let you make the comparison.

Looks like a scene straight from the movie 'Toys' with Robin Williams. Anybody remember that one? Anyway, it's a lovely picture. You did an excellent job of creating a feeling of 'free'.

That was also my first thought. "Toys" is one of my favorite movies. I particularly like the opening with Wendy doing the musical number and the musical lead in to it.

BTW - "Toys" is one of Robin Williams better movies but it never made it big time so it is somewhat obscure. However it is a good choice if you like offbeat whimsy.
