I would get the 5D Mk II and following primes:

24/1.4L II or ZE 21/2.8 Distagon
50/1.2L
85/1.2L II
135L/2.0L
200/2.0L IS or 200/1.8L
300/2.8L IS

I wouldn't get 50/1.4, not up to other lens level in your list.

+1 to Canon + Zuikos. Mu 28/3.5 dropped from a 2m height and is a little bit bent... thanks God it wasn't a 28 Distagon (whew)
But if I were the OP I'd buy an additional XSi, just in case, because of its size, and for telephoto.
And, Richard, how dare you forget to mention the Minolta Rokkor 58/1.2? It's unexcusable
