I don't know if this is a bug or not...but why am i able to see what other people have uploaded? shouldn't the UPLOAD button only viewable to the POSTER only?

This is how it should work. The 'Uploads' button is a mini-gallery for Image Upload members. They have access to an admin page where they can edit that 'mini-gallery' and decide what should be shown to all members.

Yup, I think it's a great feature. Separates the talkers from the shooters when supporting FM.

Is the "My Uploads" button (at the top of the page with My Posts, My Subscriptions, etc) visiable to those that do not pay for the image upload service?

Nope. It only shows for IU subscribers. (That is the uploads admin page I was referring to)
