I was curious since they always seem to leak camera info, so I went digging on their site, and found the 50D specs (no pictures were posted yet. |

I really hope whatever canon releases its a new focus system with more then 9 points..I think its time they up the game on that in the cameras below the 1D..Like it or not that is one of the big features of the D300/D700 so they gotta compete with that |

If this is as accurate as the ages of some of the Chinese Olympics team gymnasts, then I'm sure this is trustworthy. |

ISO12800? Oh thank God this place is on the internet. If this were real life, I think I would slap the next person that creates a baseless rumor thread. |

I'm still hoping for a 5D replacement to be announced for Photokina. |

Shutter life of 10 million? I smell bogus |

Yeah ... that shutter life seems like a joke. Maybe our Chinese friends in Canon are messing with us. |

I think something may have gotten messed up with the google translate. This information is coming from Canon's own website: |

Not all countries use the same decimal placement as in North America. |

100,000 ... sounds sane. Great find "jarnold". Hopefully the spec-chasers (including myself) will give it a rest now. |
