nice soft light with some great points of interest through the scen and well composed.
perhaps some selective levels /contrast mask would help no end IMO, seems a little flat.some sat, would go amiss either

What was the shutter speed, f-stop and ISO to be able to "freeze" the palm leaves?

I would have only bumped up the contrast more.

I was in Oahu in April. Is this the east shore?

This is the east shore. I worked on it more, I put more contrast also. Thank you for your input.

far stronger image compared to the first.

the only one very small nit would be for web posting some USm would really help.
