My wife has had some medical issues lately, including a surgical lung biopsy and hospital stay, so I haven't had time to process much I've shot recently, but here are a few....
All captured with a D300, 500 AFS~VR and utilizing the NearUniWB preset.

Beautiful shots Jim.

Sorry to hear about your wife. I hope she recovers fast.

How's DPR I've stayed off the board for three weeks now. They're just to evil there.

Hope your wife is doing much better I am sure the birds and butterflies are good therapy for you Beautiful finch on the thistle. The downy is wonderful, super clean BG on those Hey, you got a monarch without tattered wings, I wasn't as fortunate! I am quite surprised Anthony didn't call the last one a 'bloody massacre' he seems to like that phrase If that doesn't tempt those chicks out of the nest who knows what it could take

Take care and a speedy recovery hoped for............

Thanks for both the comments on the images and especially for the thoughts for my wife.

Thankfully, she's feeling a tiny bit better this afternoon...I think they were serious when they said recovery from this biopsy would take a full 6 weeks!
