Contax 135mm f2.8 Image Samples

Just got my Contax 135mm in the mail today and had to run out and take some quick shots. So far, I'm really impressed by this lens. The only 2 things I didn't enjoy were the long-ish minimal focal distance, and how far you have to crank it to go from 6ft to infinity.

The resized images are sharpened, the crops are 100% and unsharpened from a Canon 10D. I did edit the crops with the exception of sharpening, so that would be mostly some curves in LAB color space.

Not bad. However, I'd suggest a second version of Leica 135/2.8 for its color tone and sharpness. For absolute performance, 135L is the way to go.
