posted this one in a series over on the peeps board, thought I'd post here too. I used Nik Color Efex pro 3.0 for the conversion, thought it did a pretty good job.

great conversion, I love this sort of candid shot. Maybe a little lighter around the hat so you can see it is a top hat. But just my 2 cents worth.

Thanks BPO...killer name by the way. I can adjust the shadows a bit more, but on my laptop and home montiors I can see the outline of the hat as well as the hatband just below the brim. Or did you mean to lighten just the hat itself?
