Anyone have any recommendations for a company that can affordably print (or stitch) your logo on a nice polo shirt? I did find one place that looked OK, but I think they wanted a $65 setup charge and I wasn't sure if that was the best deal to be had or not. |

I've had great success with Queensboro (NC, USA) Ask 'em for an intro special... |

Thanks! I'm not necessarily looking for cheap, I just don't need more than 2-4 shirts and some places I looked at had minimums of 10-12 or more, plus setup costs. |

Lands End offers free setup occasionally. Their shirts are top quality and great warranty. |

I've done a bunch of work with The Fat Tomato - she'll do one shirt or 1,000. Small shop with tons of attention to details. |

Don't skimp on the quality of the shirts that you select for embroidery. A little extra expense for a thicker shirt is worth it for embroidery. |

Another vote for Queensboro. I've had hats and shirts done through them. Good service, great pricing, excellent quality and very low minimum order of 4. I also think that with one or two exceptions you can combine products to meet your minimum order amount. |

Most places I've found do charge a set up for digitizing your logo. |

If you get a better deal per piece for 12 than if you just did a small number, could you use them as promotional items?? I understand it's more up front, but I've used polos (not for Photography advertising) as promo stuff, giveaways, etc. in the past and people get really excited for them. Anything over the usual pens, pencils, other small things. |
