I've heard that every thing's bigger in Texas Tom. This oak seems to back that up. Fills the frame well - good shooting.

Thanks, Bill. I apprecaite the nice comment. That trunk is about five feet across, just to give you a small sense of scale. Its not exactly a baobab but it's as close as we come in Texas. I had to use every inch of coverage that my 12mm Tokina would give me just to get what I got.
