I like the shot. It has a spooky, strange feeling to it. Fairytale-like. However, my eye kind of drowns in the bottom left portion of the shot. I dono what it is about it though...

Other than that, good entry. Its cool how the tree almost seems to be a part of the tree in the background.

Tim: Good catch. I think it's the hill leading downward, but nothing leading back up that does that. I'll try to work with it this afternoon, but fixing it may require adding something to the scene. Maybe a re-shoot with a friend standing very very still.

I really like the colors on this one. I've never quite managed to get that level of purple in the sky. Great shot!

Thanks. I usually curse the city lights when I'm doing night shots, but they actually helped this time.
