Romanian girl with a cell phone

I took this street shot while I was in Sighisoara, Romania. She seemed to be texting with her cell phone. The shot was taken around 8PM so I had to increase the ISO. It is not the sharpest photo, but I think that it is interesting. I would appreciate your comments!

the processing/blur/b&w and the clothing/building make it look like it was taken 30-40 years ago and not july 2008.

Yeah, that's what I thought when I looked at it. I did not realize that she was holding a cell phone until I posted this here.

Thanks for your comment, but I do not understand your comment. What do you mean by not a informative picture. This was just interesting setting with old costumes and building yet she was holding a modern cell phone.

I think part of the problem is that it is not that obvious that she is texting on a cell phone...I really like the idea behind the image, but I think it ultimately fails in conveying that message....perhaps a tighter shot would have added to it...then the subject would have been more obvious.

I do like the processing a lot though.
