Flying and Fireworks......Need Help!

I need some help everyone. I am going to be flying on the fourth and taking photos at night of a huge fireworks display over our town. Does anyone have suggestions on what camera settings to use? I am going to be shooting with my 1Ds Mark III. I would appreciate your help.

You may want to ask this in the City, Still life & Abstract forum. I am not sure what settings to use but I am curious to know myself. I am guessing like a high iso and high shutter but I am sure people here know better.

I shoot at F5-8, ISO100, focus on infinity, 6 or 8 seconds. Use a tripod and a shutter release.

Model = Canon EOS-1D Mark II N
Exposure Time = 6"
F Number = F5
Exposure Program = Manual
ISO Speed Ratings = 100
Metering Mode = Spot
Flash = Flash did not fire, compulsory flash mode
Focal Length = 50mm
Color Space = sRGB
Exposure Mode = Manual exposure
