I posted this in the processing and printing forum but though someone might have some ideas here.

I'm shooting a sporting event this w/e where I print all the photos shot and hang them up for sale at the end. I need to add a mat and text to the files before printing. I know the basics for creating actions and using them to batch process in PS CS2. But I'm trying to figure out how to add a mat and text that I've already created to a folder of images. Is there a way to merge the mat/text image over the shot by an action and batch them? thanks, Doug

Are the images all Horz or Vert or a mix of both? Also is the text the same for every image? Either way this can be done with a fully automated or partly automated action. I see this post is a few days old so you may already have the answer... if not I can help. I did something close to this for a High School Prom that I photographed.
