Live and learn, I guess. I sent a couple hundred slides to this place. 3000dpi, my arse! I don't know what kind of correction algorithm they apply, but I wish they had just left them alone. Pixellated, the colors are fouled up, just garbage. Some of my slides were in bad shape, but some were very good. Can't recommend this service at all.

Have you told them that? Asked them to redo the scans? I haven't used them myself, but I do think I recall some others who had similar complaints & had them redo the work, and were happy in the end. Worst they can do is say no. We sure can't help you here.
