I'm just getting into selling my photography services and I currently have a website that I'm not 100% happy with and I'm not happy with my designer's method for my client galleries for proofing a shoot. I was wondering how most people do the proof type galleries where they give their client a password and the client can go to that gallery to review the photo session and order prints? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I use Collages.net and ExposureManager.com

Collages in not cheap (15%), but my clients love it and usually buy more!

I use exposure manager for basic events. Check them out.

I have been looking into Bludomain.com and there is Smugmug.com as well. I hear good things about both (ease of use, etc.) and both offer client password protected galleries.

Photoshelter also offers a gallery and purchase feature in their website. Not cheap, but not bad.
