Had to time to try the hummingbirds today. A couple of them were shot with an extension tube + the 400 5.6; other were with the 70-200 2.8IS with 1.4 converter.
Let me know what you think.

HI Lil. I am not usually a big fan of wings that are stopped on the hummingbird shot as it feels a bit to static for me. Thanks for the comment though.

Thanks Gene. It is hard for me to tell exactly how that shot looks at this point because my nice monitor went out and I am using a very old CRT until the other is fixed under waranty.
