Very nice shot, Chiara, and welcome to the Forum. As your first wildlife shots is pretty good, properly exposed, with natural color, sweet lighting and fine detail. I would've framed the shot a bit different in order to get the whole face, but that is a matter of personal taste. Good job anyway. Keep shooting and keep posting.

Welcome to the forum. Very good advice from Socrate. I would suggest to shoot at a low angle to obtain impressive framing than this.

Chiara--you caught him looking right at you with a great expression on the face. Ears would have been nice, but the look in the eyes is more important and hard to capture from bored zoo animals. He was in a zoo, right?

Thank you all very much for your input. I actually took this shot at Disney's Animal Kingdom.. there was very little PP done.. no cropping just a little correction of contrast. I appreciate your comments!
