Here are a few recent shots I don’t try or get every time out;

Used manual focus to shoot through the side of the net. (2500 ISO)

Really like #2 especially, it is indeed VERY rare to get that shot. Good timing on the others too. I do find the net distracting in #1 but it's good to see different angles for sure. Was it a goal ?

I don't like to set up that close to the goal but the end line was so crowded I didn't have a choice. I could either just watch action on the other side of the net or use manual focus and get what I could. I like the unusual perspective but don't plan on making it a regular practice. The goalie was able to deflect the shot just wide.
