I'm getting a new computer.
This question is a little OT because I am not going to use this computer for anything to do with photoshop..
Do I want vista 32 or 64? Both will have SP1.I'm thinking 64 as it probably will be the new standard.
Any thoughts appreciated.

Do you have a 64 bit processor?

vista 64, everything is slowly moving to 64 bit, that is the 'future' for now. then 128 bit, then 256 bit, ect. ect.

Vista64 requires all your device drivers to be signed by a trusted CA.

You should first check that any devices you plan on using have valid Vista 64 drivers (printer, scanner, color calibrator, etc).
