Very nice, Zeph! Love the motion and textures in the water, and the colors in the rocks and logs are beautiful!

Ah...and here I come to ruin the fun :-P

for some reason the image doesnt sit well with me. I like the line of the log for sure, but i find my eye jumping all over the image...not the best here. I feel like a slightly longer shutter might have helped a bit but the rocks seem kinda blah...this may just be the light that was there. I know i'm completely contradicting the 2 above me but i'm good at that :-P Overall the framing/comp is there, but just needs a good reshoot i feel. Hope this wasnt too harsh!

be well

I know this is not my shot but people always use a long shutter speed when shooting water and it makes it look like cotton wool...water should look like water not cotton wool but that is just my opinion and we all have different likes and dislikes and syles of shooting,ok enough said.

Normally my exposures are longer than this 1/6sec. Two things I've learned, shots with falling water tend to work better, the bigger the water the faster the shutter and the other thing is, everyone has a different opinion
Thanks Aaron and Dean for your thoughts!

I like it very much. A little less yellow maybe but the framing and shutterspeed work very well for me.
