A friend of mine asked me to take some pictures of her for the upcoming bodybuilding competition this weekend. This is just my 3rd time using the at home studio. I do know I need a 3rd strobe to blow out the white screen in the back.and eliminate those shadows. Guess her age Any comments appreciated.

Do you have room to move her further away from the back wall? That help enormously.

Also, your light is very flat. Cut the power of one of your strobes in half or switch it off altogether and try moving your key light more to the side so it helps define the muscle.

Hope that helps.

As for her age, she's 47, they always are - even when they look 19

Thanks for the tips. I don't have much room at all which is one of main problems. The key light suggestion I defintely will have to try.

Definitely a fit model there. I find the bb piercing to be a bit of a distraction. I was looking what is that; an outie? Oh no it one of those... It takes your eye away from the rest of the shot, especially in 1, 2, and 4.
