I think I really need a Fisheye, because I love that kind of shot.

cool shots.
Great variety.....
I grew up skating with Andy Mac......

I shot for Thrasher for a bit back in the 90's......

I always shot with a 20mm though...never got into the fish eye thing..
but it's a cool lens for sure....

Great shooting ECK. I particularly like No4 for it's street feel and composition. I'm interested in what speed you shot at and whether you used a fill-in flash?

It might be your first post, by its for sure not your first skateboard shoot. These are some of the best ever posted here IMHO. I won't pick a favorite, because they all stand up. It will be great to see your work here.

Thanks ! all for your welcome ;-)

Joe : I cannot tell you the exact setting (It was on film), but it's obviously at f8 or f11 to keep all the scene sharp. I think it was 1/125s and fill flash of course. At 20mm.

Stripper : yes that's right ! I shot skatebording about 10-12 times until now (and I really like it !). I'm waiting for better weather to do more, In winter it's hard to find some skater.

Kurt Jones : I visited your web sites, yours pictures are amazing ! I like your work.

Thanks again.

Where abouts?

I grew up in the Andover-No. Reading area north of Boston.

It's nice here.
I might be hooking up with some PRO skaters this weekend.
We'll see how the surf is though......

Off to watch the ball drop.......

You'd think that at the higher levels of this sport, they would not make the competitors wear pink wrist bands!
