I've been busy with a trip back home to Iowa and settling in with a new job. Haven't had a lot of time for photography but here are a few for your viewing pleasure.

Any Comments Welcome

Anthony

I own a house near marengo and 150 acres south of Washington. Living in California right now though. Setting the 150 acres up in Wetlands/Quail Habitat/Trees (Had 22,000 trees planted this past spring)

Get to go home on occasion and boy do I miss HOME

Nice to meet you harshaj1 and thanks for commenting

Awesome work on the 1st two hawks, Anthony! The rest are right up there with them with the exception of the cat which looks a tad over sharpend on my monitor.

Hey what do you mean "Kind of a Weird Combo?" It WAS posted as an ASSORTMENT

If you think it's wild outdoors you should be around here when the two Kitties decide this place is a jungle >> the freaken floors shake It can be very entertaining

thanks for commenting and glad you liked a few of the shots
I can't think of the name of the place where I got the SC shots >> But it's about 30 minutes south of you in I 5 if that rings a bell

Thanks Steve > One of these days I'm going to have to learn how to Post process my Raw files for Printing by a lab.......... I have a few shots I'd really like to hang on the wall but just not sure how to get there yet.

After looking at the post I must agree on Kitty Sophia being a little over sharpened. I just threw them in for the heck of it > I wasn't to critical on the PP < Just a quickie

Glad you liked the shots Ken > I tried really really hard

Thanks for commenting Socrate > I had a pretty hard time with the Egret > Was shooting him through some grass and he wasn't cooperating very much. I was able to get a few shots of him hunting BUGS but never did get a good exposure of him with the bug > Exposure was either over or under >> this was the best of the lot. I'm still fighting with light and exposure but I'm getting there. Thanks for your kind words.

Yes it has been awhile since I last posted and thanks for noticing!! I find it hard to believe I would be missed around here, but I appreciate the thought!!

Well my shots don't compare to the fine Bald Eagle exposures you've posted recently but I guess they'll have to do

Look forward to seeing your next post my friend
