Can anyone here recommend where to obtain insurance coverage for both photography equipment and general business liability? Thank you for any advice you can share. |

Hi Duncan, thank you for the quick reply. My current policy is with Tom C. Pickard and I have been with them for a number of years. I've never had a problem with them (I've never had a claim) but they do charge for every insurance certificate and when that is factored in the cost for the insurance goes up significantly. I am looking for a comparable policy with an agency that doesn't charge for certificates. |

Not aware of any company that doesn't charge for the Cert. Hill/Usher do and other policies are weak in terms of international coverage. |

I don't know how it works in the US but in the UK when I looked at specialist photo insurance, I found the cover on my home policy was more comprehensive. |

In the U.S. it is a BIG NO-NO to put anything like this on home-owners policies as most companies are itching for a reason to drop you or rate you up. Best to have separate policies in the U.S. but not sure how things work in U.K. |
