Vapor In, Fire Out

Lucky so-and-so VIP/media backseater, grumble, grumble...

...although, maybe not: do they give T-birds helmets to the media rides?

J-A, you're just killin' it the last couple of pages. Good on you, too, for hanging around to shoot the Monday departures. Where were you standing for those?

Snowbird #7 declared a mechanical and RTB'd shortly after takeoff on Friday's rehearsal at Alliance. It wasn't until they were taxiing back in that we noticed the special guest in the left seat.

Probably not near as much as the advertisements using it costs them

Anybody notice how hard it is to get a decent photo of Jay at an airshow? Mostly he's either got a 500 up to his face or he has his head bowed in prayer.

Glenn and Nadya are much better subjects...

Currently sat at JFK on the way home. Been here since just after 10am.

And I've just found out there's no meal service on my flight.

Remind me never to book the cheapest option. Just hope Fedex have a toilet on board, & somewhere for me to roll out a sleeping bag between the pallets.

There was forty feet between them when they stopped to make their play
And the swiftness of the Shooter is still talked about today
Colorado Steve had not cleared leather 'fore a shutter fairly tripped
And the Shooter's aim was deadly with the 800 on his hip

My apologies to Marty Robbins, but Zim's image simply spoke 'ballad' to me
