I'd be surprised if it wasn't straight out of the camera. It's quite easy to do (that's not to say that this isn't a great shot!) with a slower shutter speed. The flash will freeze your subjects and as you zoom in, or out, the rest of the scene blurs as it exposes. |

1/3 or 1/4 second with an aperture set for ambient, second shutter flash and a zoom lens. |
