Wow that is clear! Thanks for spoiling it!!! I am about to go through the same thing but with astronomy. I have a 16-inch Dob that I like very much, but on September 8th I will be looking through an 82-inch telescope at McDonald Observatory (Huge) and I after that experience, my 16-inch scope will seem puny! I will soon understand how you feel Roman. |

No I don't want to contribute, and I'm not sure I like you anymore Roman for having shown me this!!! That's just amazing and sickening at the same time. What I wouldn't give for that kind of capability...I suppose I should thank you for posting this, if only for being able to enjoy the fantasy for a brief period. I'll take a tissue now. |

Nice stuff. I remember when the early members of this forum were doing similar comparisons between the Canon d60 and the then new 1Ds back in late 2002. I had to buy one. Never regretted it. |

Detail is great as one would expect. However, that isn't the only thing in photography as I am sure you know. In fact lately I have decided to start shooting a Leica IIIg rangefinder made in 1959 just to be more basic and creative. Course my subject isn't landscapes |

It's a pity you have nothing better to do. |

OK, your sensor is bigger than my sensor. But...I'm a nice person. |

But please remember, no matter how fast you travel on the freeway, someone will always pass you 2x as fast...... It's not the camera........... |

Curses! This is obviously a case for a selective memory wipe, as in that movie. |

Does the MF back have an anti-aliasing filter? |

I was expecting an important difference as the Hassy has roughly 3.25 times the number of pixels but I would never have imagined such a difference in resolution and details. Very impressive. Lookes like comparing 35 mm slide with 8x10 velvia. |
