Hi Brian,

I work in the transportation field and knew someone at Golden Gate. Was anticipating that day for months and was totally worth it. Once in a lifetime experience!

A "candid" taken 200 metres away from my apartment window (according to Google Earth).

Lazy/bored young guy vs. working hard (soldering ?) old man .
The atmosphere behind the scene is "busy".

Thanks Uzay, yes - both were taken with the 24G with Lee Big Stopper. I sold my 16-35 in favor of this lens..

Look up videos on Hydatid Cysts and they get in you next time you want to take pics like this...

The trick is not to FLIP the Popsicle and discard before it gets too small.

I really doubt the dog is taking much of a risk, unless your son just ate the raw sheep sushi.

Actually, the little Italian Greyhound is on a diet of raw lamb and veggies. Lamb Sushi.

jojomon – great fish and a beautiful smile. Are congratulations in order?

raboof – I love the light and the expression

A cicada kindly posed for me. I had not noticed before that the cicada’s “face” looks a lot like the grill of an old Mercedes. Do they have cicadas in Germany? D5100 and Tamron 60mm f/2

Stinking hot at 48 degrees c (around 120f) in the shade, but I braved a walkabout or two over the past few days. Here's an aptly named shop and a bit of nice soft light up an alleyway:
