I don't know why you like to order the camera from USA
After shipping it to Sweden it will cost a lot more than buying it in Europe. And you get one without warranty (in Sweden) also

What is everyones best guess for when the 1D Mark III will hit hit its minimum advertised price of 3999.95 from reputable retailer?

I've seen it for $4200 right now. I would guess that after they get the focusing issues resolved that they might lower the price down to $3999. They will also have competition from Nikon in November.

When the MK IIIn with resolved focusing is released

I bet the price drops when Nikons competition gets on the market.
