A very well composed shot, and the building and foreground are great. Would tamp down the blue of the sky just a tad, though.

A beautiful architecture. The artificial lighting, especially when reflected on the wet stones, is particularly pleasing. Perhaps I would consider correcting the lens distortion (flag poles) ?
