It is good to see that Canon is active in their commitment to affirmative action and is now hiring the truly demented.

I must say, you raised my heart pulse with that title, though I think it stopped upon seeing the image of it

Nice try anyway

Did they move the print button to the front?
What a great idea!

Can i trade my 1Ds for two 0.5Ds with someone ? It's a quite fair trade or i can throw a 50mm/0.5L plus some cash for the trade ... lol

Such an obvious fake, he just photoshoped an earlier version of the .5D and added an S and extended up the shutter release button.

I've got to wonder if it's time to upgrade. I mean honestly, this new body looks really good on paper.

Not just pro, but "L".

Its a white body with red rings.

The collectors are going to whip themselves into a frenzy over this one.

But the real question remains: Does it have a Pez dispenser?

That'll be an added feature. Probably an add on that will be sold overpriced....

I love the ergonomics, i just hope there will be an underwater printer to go with the print button.

I also heard that the extended flat top shutter button will have 3 levels;
1-focus
2-MLU
3-shoot

cant wait to get two !

I wish people would stop being such snobs about pop-up flashes. This body is obviously pro-oriented with its pro badging and robust construction. You could drop this thing fifty feet and it wouldn't have a scratch.

See the lens? It's oval and smaller than the normal full frame lens. So it's a diagonally mounted crop sensor. Canon claims that the new Image Sensor Stabilizer (ISS) gyro works better when mounted diagonally. The result is phenomenal, the ISS offers up to 10 stops however this will only work with the new lens. The lens is probably the new EF-S L so the rumor is right! I am glad Canon is finally making wide angle lens in white, it makes it look soooo serious and professional.

Why do they do this? It should have been a 0.4D MkII or 0.4DN.

Not enough improvements for me. I'll keep my 0.4D.
