A couple of months ago I had a failure of one of my hard drives. As luck would have it, it was the one containing Photoshop and the Velvia plugin that I purchased from FM last year sometime. Stupidly I didn't have a backup (or so I thought), so even though I had little hope that I'd get a new copy I attempted to contact FM's software support. |

I agree that you should have a reply - but you are warned to backup purchases as they will not be replaced so I think you would have been disappointed with the response in any event. |

Why no backup? A CD is maybe 20 cents. FM is a one man show, so don't expect responsive support and don't be disappointed. FM would have to increase prices to provide near-time support. |
