It would be interesting to know what camera system people that regularly visit this alternative forum are using most. I realize that some of you have more than one system but which one is the most used system is what counts |

You need to add medium format digital - Hasselblad H1D, H2D, etc., with various backs, Phase One, Hasselblad, Leaf, etc. |

My intention was to actually feel out the regulars (read: diehards) of this alternative forum on what they use most. I am also aware that the people here are more experienced and knowledgeable than the typical photographer on the Canon forum (some didn't even know anything about, let alone used film cameras |

I'm still at a loss as to why you want to know this and what use the results will be to you or anyone? Every photographer here has different uses ( landscape, architectural, sports, documentary etc) he puts his or her cameras to and without this factor a simple poll is meaningless. From your list of equipment it seems you are pretty well equiped with the best of Canon and 'alternative' glass - what else do you need to know ? |

With the versatility of the Canon mount, it's hard and expensive to switch. |

gee some people are stuffy, not a total waste of bandwidth. Some could argue that many of the photos submitted here are a total waste of bandwidth or indeed a site that has nothing to do with making the world a better place, etc, etc. |

I am interested in what system others are using with their alternative gear. I read every thread posted here even though I probably will never own a lot of the gear that is discussed. This is a wonderful place to learn. |

This thread is absolutely appropriate in this Alternative forum, and I don't see a problem with it whatsoever. |
