Just an oddball thought...how about taking a Canon EP-EX15 and replacing the image reducing lens with a magnifier? The Nikon eyecup just doesn't work for those of us with glasses, and going without just isn't an option. Time for yet another experiment. |

Can someone also use a Dremel tool to put the 1Ds MarkII guts into a F5 body so I can have accurate fill flash, Nikon eyepieces, and those great Nikon wide angle lenses? |

Has anyone tried the dk-21m to compare it to the dk-17m? The dk-21m is a lot cheaper than the dk-17m so it may be optically worse...? The dk-21m is also very appealing because of no modification required... |

Arggghhh... So my precious dk-17m was lost on vacation in the Galapagos. So I now need to either make a new one or get the dk-21m. I've read the previous posts on the dk-21m, but has anyone had the chance to use the dk-17m and the dk-21m to compare them? I really like the 17, but if the 21 is optically similar and smaller that'd be nice. |

I found this on the net. A guy in Japan has made an adapter for the Nikon DK-17M to fit the Canon 20D ...Take a look |

DK 17M is the critical part and is still impossible to find. Perhaps Nikon only makes these once or twice a year? |
