Not sure if this counts, what the heck...but my kids with my rig behind them at an airshow last year. Then my rig and then a Phantom a long way away...love that bird.

Some young man with his gripped 5D (?) + 24(28)-70L.
He must be a pro because:
(1) The lens hood was done with electric tape or something.
(2) The camera/lens was dangling freely suspended on the camera strap, and no bag in sight.

I believe he took some pictures of me as I was shooting pijuns in flight using 15mm FE on 1D MkIIN. I also think that scene made him nervous.

Yeah PetKal, Canon was nice enough to write the model on the shoulder strap for easy identification.

I guess I never bothered to read all the lettering on the strap. Just saw EOS.

So this is where this thread went to! Never been here before. Here's a couple of me at Tunnel View taken by my wife with her Olympus P&S. In case you can't read it, the back of the Sequoia T-shirt says: "Take only pictures. Leave only footprints".

I obviously didn't take this photo (since it's me in it), however I do have permission to post it (taken by my wife's bestest friend).

Other togs look at you like a tard when you use it, but then when they see your "on camera" flash shots, vs. theirs...they laugh no longer.
