Here's one that a friend took of myself and fellow FM'er Rick. She calls it "Shooting Golf Carts" ! Actually, we were shooting burrowing owls but the picture speaks for itself. 20D w/ Sigma 70-200/2.8 for me, 10D w/ 70-200/4L for Rick.

A shot my dad took of me (w/10D and 28-105) late last November in SF (same day my avatar was taken):



And here's one I took of Dito Milian ("Dito" on FM; you rock dude!) of Got Blue Milk Photography at Infineon Raceway mid-January (hope you don't mind, Dito!):

Taken last week in Acadia NP. I asked some nice folks to take a couple of photos of me with my p&s. I figured, I got some of the park, but none of me 1ds2 + 70-200IS and Lee adapter + CP in my hand My other gear was up the rocks.

Oh, and I think that funny looking lens hood is the big sister of the lens hood for the 17-40 f/4 There must be some guy in canon's hood design team, who really likes flowers
