Any tips for getting more out of pictures of bodies of water, or water in general? Mine always turn out flat. I'm using a 300D.

Josh are you using a polarizer-doesn't have to be dialed in to full effect but just a taste will help quite abit as well as avoiding that 11-3pm high sun angle.
