Awesome shots under adverse conditions. I especially like the barn shot in #2, and the angle you got in the last one. Nicely done! |

Stan, great series. I especially like the 3rd and 4th photos. The barn with the ti roof is great set against the colorful background. As for the fourth, it is too bad that the white fence does not exisit where all the other fencing is. That would have giving the scene a great completeness. Regardless, you captured the scene well and I thank you for sharing them! |

In my humble opinion each one of the pictures is a real painting. And... very good paintings I should add, Stan. |

For someone who lives in eastern Iowa, you sure have done a good job of showing it. Hell I didn't know there could be such nice scenery! I'll have to get out and see if I can take some similar pictures! What lens were you using to take these? |

Excellent series, Stan. You've represented your state admirably. I really like the peaceful feeling of 2 & 4. Both are very lovely. I think I might have put just a bit more ground beneath the barn otherwise it's aces for it, as well. |

This barn shot and the last 3 are really vibrant and very well composed. |

No better definition of autumn in the midwest than what you share here. |
