Remember when, the gasoline pumps had 2 digits per gallon price and 3 digits for total price? Plus you got your windows washed, oil checked, air pressure in tires and ALL CASH, no credit. Not that ancient and not that long ago....

34 9/10 cents per gallon!!! Where can you get gasoline for that now? Mind you, I can remember paying 25 cents! I guess that makes me Ancient, too.

Michael, I remember 25 cents that my Dad paid in the 50's. When you think we pay $1.50 for a bottle of water, gasoline is still a bargin.
