Great submission. Is it a working windmill?

The mill is located in Blennerville, Co. Kerry. It’s not working now unfortunately. It was renovated some years back and is used as a visitors centre.

Great shot of the Blennerville Windmill newfile. My grandparents live down the road from that in Annagh (just off the main Dingle Road across from the Annagh Burial Grounds). I do believe it still does function as a windmill, even though there is a visitor centre as well. A minor technicality as they want it to be the oldest functioning windmill in the country.

Are you local to there?

No not local but I often go there to take pictures and to chill - it’s a great spot
Thanks for the feedback and the info.

Great looking windmill, Newf. Looks to be in great shape. I like your idea of going to the windmill to chill.... Mike
